3. Stay away from negativity  ..
You cannot be happy or satisfied in better circumstances also, unless you disallow negative thoughts which come to your mind. Infuse positivity in your life. "You don't need better circumstances to be happy you just need a positive mindset". Inflow all positive things and the things makes you happy from inside in your day to day life i.e. daily routine. Remember person's success starts with the changes in day to day life.
4. Take minute vacations
working or studying in a same place for hours leads to tension and stress. In between, you must take minute vacation that is just sit back at your work place, close your eyes and start thinking of the best moments of your life, for which you are very much grateful or travel to a place in your mind which means a lot to you. Letting the mind go away for a minute makes your mind feel fresh with positive energy.
